Catering

Professional coffee catering is perfect for any occasion, allowing you to indulge the senses of your guests without the hassle of preparation and cleanup. Whatever your event, we can help set the mood with coffee, tea, chai, hot chocolate, frappes, and fruit smoothies. And remember, no event is too small to cater: our airpots are perfect for sales presentations, open houses, office parties, or grandma's birthday.

Just the Basics

Freshly Brewed Coffee

Airpots are great for any event; they're also great for holding coffee, tea, hot chocolate, or hot water.

Standard Airpot - $10 {Note: Serves 12, includes cups, lids, straws, napkins, cream and sugar} Large Airpot - $16 {Note: Serves 24, includes cups, lids, straws, napkins, cream and sugar} Delivery fee - $4 Note: Up to 15 miles (two pot minimum for delivery)

Single Group Espresso Machine

The backbone of any coffee house: from espresso machines come lattes, cappucinos, macchiatos, espressos, and a myriad of other drinks. Grouphead per hour - $100 {Note: Serves up to 50 people} Setup Fee - $50

Espresso Bar

Featuring: Cafe Latte's, Cappuccino's, Cafe Mocha's, and Straight Espresso.

Frozen Bar

Featuring Coffee Frappes and Fruit Smoothies.

Featuring the best of both worlds! Hot & Iced Espresso Drinks, Blended Coffee Frappes, Fruit Smoothies, plus Hot & Iced Chai Tea.

**All Packages come with four standard syrup flavors (Vanilla, Caramel, Hazelnut, & Irish Creme) and the Frozen Bar comes with your choice of two different smoothie flavors.

Some Things to Consider

We need a 50% deposit to reserve the date of your event. If you need to cancel for any reason at all, let us know two weeks prior and you'll receive your deposit back in full. If it's less than two weeks to the reserved date, sorry, we can't guarantee a refund.

Our baristas will arrive at your event dressed in a collared shirt and black apron.

When choosing the placement of drink stations, please keep in mind some of our drink machines produce a fair amount of noise in the preparation process.

Events outside a 25 mile radius of our location will be charged a $2 per mile traveling fee.

Events scheduled less than two weeks in advance will be charged a $50 fee for expedite service.

Technical Requirements

  • Each single group-head espresso machine needs its own 20-amp 110-volt circuit with an outlet located within 15 feet of the serving area. (A double group-head machine is available for larger events but requires a 220-volt circuit. Call for more details.)
  • We require access to the building at least one hour before the event begins to set up.
  • Banquet tables will be needed to hold espresso machines, blenders, and other equipment. The tables should have the ability to support 150 pounds.
  • If serving cold drinks, each blender will need access to an outlet within 15 feet of the serving area.
  • When providing frappes or smoothies for an event longer than one hour, we request access to a sink in order to sanitize pitchers.
