Coffee Institute

Alliance World Coffees is committed to educating the public about coffee. We also offer "cuppings", where one tastes coffee in a manner similar to a wine tasting. We cup our coffees every Thursday. If you would be interested in sitting in one of our sessions, please email Aaron our head roaster: aaron (at) awcoffees.com.

Catering

Specialty coffee catering is great for wedding receptions, golf outings, church functions, business meetings and promotions, concerts, and university functions. We also offer fruit smoothies and frozen blended drinks. Visit our catering page.

Barista Training

In the past, we've offered one free training session during the first year for our new customers. However, one crash course is not enough to maintain the high standards we're all aiming for. In light of this, we've decided to offer free trainings based on your order quantity. Of course, we would be more than happy to come train you at any time.
